The scourge of Columbia, original host band of the Strawberry Music Festival, Fiddlestix is Cactus Bob Cole, Chris "Prairie Flower" Stevenson, Dave Cavanagh and Sarah Elizabeth Campbell. Fiddlestix was the premier acoustic band in Tuolumne County in the 70's and 80's, playing a mix of bluegrass, oldtime, old country faves, and original music. They were the official Host Band of the Strawberry Bluegrass Festival, playing the very first musical notes ever heard from the Camp Mather Strawberry stage in 1983. |
